Wie unterst\u00fctzt EV Cargo Frauen?<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

EV Cargo hat proaktiv weibliche Bewerber rekrutiert, Chancen f\u00fcr Frauen gef\u00f6rdert und gute Fortschritte bei der Entwicklung von Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen gemacht, die den Bed\u00fcrfnissen weiblicher Mitarbeiter gerecht werden. Bis 2023 strebt EV Cargo ein geschlechtsspezifisches Lohngef\u00e4lle von weniger als 21 TP2T, mindestens 251 TP2T von Frauen in leitenden F\u00fchrungspositionen und mindestens 251 TP2T von Frauen in F\u00fchrungsgremien an.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 2022 haben wir neue Schulungsprogramme eingef\u00fchrt, darunter das Aspirational Women Leadership Program und das Diversity & Inklusivity-Training f\u00fcr neu ernannte Manager.<\/p>\n

EV Cargo betreibt auch einen Women Forward Lean In Circle, um Ratschl\u00e4ge zu geben und zu erhalten, Ziele zu setzen und die Siege der anderen zu feiern, w\u00e4hrend sie durch unser professionelles Umfeld navigieren.
