Herr David Edley wird seinen Sitz in London haben und f\u00fcr die Leitung der Finanzfunktionen Global Forwarding &amp; Technology von EV Cargo verantwortlich sein. Dies folgt auf die Ank\u00fcndigung von Frau Chia Min Tan als Global CFO von EV Cargo am 3. November.<\/p>\n<p>Herr Edley bringt bedeutende und hochrelevante globale und Branchenerfahrung in diese wichtige Position ein. Bevor er zu EV Cargo kam, war Herr Edley in Jersey als Group Financial Controller bei CPA Global, der weltweit f\u00fchrenden IP-Software- und technologiegest\u00fctzten Zahlungsdienstleistungsgruppe, t\u00e4tig, wo er f\u00fcr die Konzernberichterstattung \u00fcber mehr als 100 internationale Tochtergesellschaften verantwortlich war. Er half auch, CPA Global durch eine erfolgreiche Private-Equity-Ausstiegstransaktion und ein Integrations-\/Restrukturierungsprojekt nach der \u00dcbernahme zu f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Davor war Herr Edley acht Jahre lang Group Financial Director von Santova Limited, einem internationalen Beratungs- und Logistikunternehmen f\u00fcr Lieferketten, das am Main Board der Johannesburg Stock Exchange notiert ist und von 20 B\u00fcros in acht L\u00e4ndern aus t\u00e4tig ist. Nach Abschluss seiner Ausbildung zum Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfer bei Deloitte in seinem Heimatland S\u00fcdafrika im Jahr 1992 hatte Herr Edley eine Reihe von leitenden Finanzpositionen im Handel sowohl in S\u00fcdafrika als auch in Gro\u00dfbritannien inne, unter anderem bei Credit Suisse und Investec. Herr Edley hat ein Postgraduiertendiplom und einen Bachelor of Commerce von der University of KwaZulu-Natal und ist Chartered Accountant (S\u00fcdafrika) beim South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).<\/p>\n<p>EV Cargo, das Lieferketten f\u00fcr die weltweit f\u00fchrenden Marken verwaltet, strebt an, von seiner derzeitigen Basis von $1,4 Mrd. zu wachsen und bis 2025 durch organisches Wachstum und M&amp;A einen Umsatz von $3 Mrd. zu \u00fcbertreffen.
