Bei der Veranstaltung wurden zahlreiche neue Mitglieder im Netzwerk begr\u00fc\u00dft und es wurde der Frage nachgegangen, inwiefern Nachhaltigkeit gesch\u00e4ftlich sinnvoll ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Veranstaltung zog eine Rekordzahl von Mitgliedsunternehmen an, 280 Delegierte und Mitgliedervertreter nahmen teil. Sie erfuhren, wie Palletforces unerm\u00fcdliches Streben nach Liefer- und Servicequalit\u00e4t dem Unternehmen dabei hilft, seinen Marktanteil in einem wettbewerbsintensiven und anspruchsvollen Umfeld zu steigern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer speziellen Podiumsdiskussion zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit wurde er\u00f6rtert, wie die Mitglieder bei den Bem\u00fchungen zur Dekarbonisierung des Sektors eine Vorreiterrolle einnehmen und wie die Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und Lieferanten von Palletforce und EV Cargo positive Ergebnisse f\u00fcr die Mitgliedsunternehmen, Kunden und die Umwelt bringt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Gremium geh\u00f6rten Simon Chamberlain (Chamberlain Transport), Matthew Farrall (Farrall&#039;s Group), Andrew Tucknott (Tomsetts Distribution), Harry Campey (Campeys of Selby), Sam Clarke (GRIDSERVE) und Dr. Virginia Alzina, Chief Sustainability Officer von EV Cargo. Das Gremium teilte Einblicke in eine gr\u00fcnere Zukunft und die \u00c4nderungen, die sie vorgenommen haben, um ihre Vertriebsabl\u00e4ufe zu dekarbonisieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starredner der Nachmittagssitzung war Colin MacLachlan von \u201eSAS: Who Dares Wins\u201c und \u201eSecrets of the SAS\u201c, dessen inspirierende Rede eine Reihe motivierender Themen wie F\u00fchrung, Belastbarkeit und Leistung abdeckte und dabei Beispiele aus seiner Zeit als Mitarbeiter in einigen der gef\u00e4hrlichsten Konfliktgebiete der Welt anf\u00fchrte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Mitglieder h\u00f6rten auch Pr\u00e4sentationen von Palletforce-Direktoren zu den Themen Kundenservice, Technologie, Netzwerkbetrieb, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evcargo.com\/en\/sustainability\/\">Nachhaltigkeit<\/a>, Mitgliederbeziehungen und Marketing.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In den letzten 12 Monaten hat Palletforce 16 neue Mitgliedsunternehmen zu seinem Netzwerk hinzugef\u00fcgt, um die Kapazit\u00e4t zu steigern \u2013 die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Mitgliedererweiterung seit \u00fcber zwei Jahren \u2013, die notwendig ist, um das Wachstumstempo aufrechtzuerhalten und die bestm\u00f6glichen Ressourcen in jeder Lieferpostleitzahl zu sichern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark Tapper, CEO von Palletforce, sagte: \u201eDas Nachhaltigkeitspanel war faszinierend und voller gro\u00dfartiger Ideen dar\u00fcber, wie wir alle mehr tun k\u00f6nnen, um die mit Transport und Vertrieb verbundenen Emissionen zu reduzieren \u2013 das ist es, was unsere Kunden verlangen und was wir in der Zusammenarbeit mit allen unseren Mitgliedern bieten wollen.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eWir sind im Vertriebssektor in puncto Umweltinnovation durch Betriebseffizienz und branchenf\u00fchrende Technologie f\u00fchrend und versprechen, diesen Ansatz auch weiterhin beizubehalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eAbseits des Hauptsaals ist das Highlight des MGM immer, sich mit unseren Mitgliedern zu treffen \u2013 und das gilt insbesondere, da wir in diesem Jahr so viele neue Gesichter begr\u00fc\u00dfen konnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eWir gewinnen weiterhin Spediteure an, die neu bei Palettennetzwerken sind, da wir der Einarbeitung, Schulung und Unterst\u00fctzung h\u00f6chste Priorit\u00e4t einr\u00e4umen und ihnen in den ersten Wochen und Monaten eine Mentorenrolle zur Seite stehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eDie hohe Beteiligung war ein deutlicher Hinweis darauf, wie sehr sie unser Netzwerk sch\u00e4tzen und wie entschlossen sie \u2013 ebenso wie wir \u2013 sind, daf\u00fcr zu sorgen, dass es auch weiterhin floriert.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und es war auch ein rekordverd\u00e4chtiger Abend. Der Chase-Star Paul Sinha hielt nach dem Abendessen eine Rede und half bei der Durchf\u00fchrung der Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsauktion, bei der 25.000 Pfund \u2013 die h\u00f6chste Summe aller Zeiten \u2013 f\u00fcr zwei Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsorganisationen, die Midlands Air Ambulance und Kids&#039; Village, zusammenkamen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark f\u00fcgte hinzu: \u201eIch sage das jedes Jahr, aber es ist nicht weniger bemerkenswert \u2013 die Gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigkeit unserer Mitglieder ist unglaublich.
