Nach einem ersten zweiw\u00f6chigen Praktikum bei unserem Br\u00fcsseler Team kehrte Safia f\u00fcr ein l\u00e4ngeres Praktikum zur\u00fcck, um auf ihren bisherigen Erfahrungen aufzubauen und ein tieferes Verst\u00e4ndnis der Branche zu gewinnen.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Nachdem Safia ihre erste Erfahrung bei EV Cargo sehr genossen hatte, sah sie das verl\u00e4ngerte Praktikum als Chance, den Logistiksektor weiter zu erkunden und ihre praktischen Kenntnisse auszubauen. W\u00e4hrend sich ihr erstes Praktikum auf das Erlernen des Exportprozesses und das Verst\u00e4ndnis des Gesch\u00e4ftsalltags konzentrierte, erm\u00f6glichte ihr das l\u00e4ngere Praktikum eine deutlich intensivere Einbindung in die Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit der gr\u00f6\u00dferen Verantwortung er\u00f6ffneten sich ihr auch gr\u00f6\u00dfere Lernm\u00f6glichkeiten. W\u00e4hrend ihres Praktikums \u00fcbernahm Safia die Verantwortung f\u00fcr die Abwicklung von Sendungen von Anfang bis Ende und \u00fcberwachte den gesamten Prozess vom Buchungseingang bis zur sicheren Ankunft der Waren am Bestimmungsort. Die Arbeit an unterschiedlichsten Sendungen half ihr, die Komplexit\u00e4t von Exportvorg\u00e4ngen zu verstehen und die Bedeutung von Genauigkeit, Organisation und Detailgenauigkeit zu erkennen.<\/p>\n\n\n

Die Erfahrung trug auch ma\u00dfgeblich zu ihrem gest\u00e4rkten Selbstvertrauen bei. Wie viele Berufsanf\u00e4nger in einer neuen Branche war Safia anfangs auf die Unterst\u00fctzung ihrer Kollegen angewiesen, um ihre Aufgaben korrekt zu erledigen. Durch sorgf\u00e4ltiges Notieren, praktische Erfahrung und Lernbereitschaft wurde sie jedoch nach und nach selbstst\u00e4ndiger in ihrer Rolle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safia blickt auf ihre Entwicklung zur\u00fcck und sagt, dass eine der wichtigsten Lektionen, die sie gelernt hat, ist, dass neue Herausforderungen zwar zun\u00e4chst einsch\u00fcchternd wirken k\u00f6nnen, sich aber mit \u00dcbung und Entschlossenheit viel leichter bew\u00e4ltigen lassen. Die Fortschritte, die sie w\u00e4hrend ihres Praktikums gemacht hat, haben ihr das Selbstvertrauen gegeben, die meisten Aufgaben selbstst\u00e4ndig zu erledigen und nur dann Unterst\u00fctzung zu suchen, wenn sie mit etwas wirklich Unbekanntem konfrontiert wird.<\/p>\n\n\n

\n\t\t\t\tMein Selbstvertrauen ist durch diese Erfahrung deutlich gewachsen. Anfangs musste ich oft nachfragen, um sicherzugehen, dass ich die Aufgaben richtig erledige. Dank meiner Notizen aus der Einarbeitungszeit und der gesammelten Erfahrung kann ich die meisten Aufgaben jetzt selbstst\u00e4ndig bew\u00e4ltigen. Ich frage nur noch um Hilfe, wenn ich mir wirklich unsicher bin. Diese Erfahrung hat mir gezeigt, dass das Erlernen neuer Dinge zwar zun\u00e4chst schwierig erscheinen mag, aber mit \u00dcbung und Entschlossenheit viel leichter wird.\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t

Einer der sch\u00f6nsten Aspekte des Praktikums war es, diese Fortschritte hautnah mitzuerleben. Neben der Entwicklung neuer F\u00e4higkeiten hat Safia es sehr genossen, einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Teamarbeit leisten und aktiv die Kundenlieferungen unterst\u00fctzen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieses Wachstum wurde durch die Unterst\u00fctzung des EV Cargo Brussels-Teams erm\u00f6glicht. W\u00e4hrend ihres gesamten Praktikums standen ihr die Kolleginnen und Kollegen mit ihrer Zeit und ihrem Fachwissen gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig zur Seite, beantworteten Fragen, teilten ihr Wissen und ermutigten sie, wann immer es n\u00f6tig war. Ihre Unterst\u00fctzung trug dazu bei, ein Umfeld zu schaffen, in dem Lernen und Weiterentwicklung optimal gef\u00f6rdert werden konnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Erfahrung hat auch Safias Zukunftspl\u00e4ne gepr\u00e4gt. Durch den tieferen Einblick in die Logistikbranche und die Erfahrung des rasanten Tempos im Exportgesch\u00e4ft hat sie ihr Interesse an diesem Sektor gest\u00e4rkt und ihren Wunsch, eine Karriere in der Logistik anzustreben, bekr\u00e4ftigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safias Werdegang ist ein hervorragendes Beispiel daf\u00fcr, wie praktische Erfahrung, kombiniert mit der Unterst\u00fctzung erfahrener Kollegen, jungen Berufst\u00e4tigen helfen kann, ihre F\u00e4higkeiten und ihr Selbstvertrauen zu entwickeln.
