Zuletzt war er als Logistikmanager bei GAC Netherlands t\u00e4tig und bekleidete zuvor leitende Positionen in den Bereichen Logistik und Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung bei Blue Water Shipping, DHL Global Forwarding und Heerema Marine Contractors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zu Beginn seiner Karriere arbeitete Joost f\u00fcr das in Rotterdam ans\u00e4ssige Unternehmen Oudkerk und war dort f\u00fcr die Abwicklung internationaler Luft-, See- und Stra\u00dfenfracht, Lagerhaltung und Zollabfertigung f\u00fcr gro\u00dfe Offshore-Kunden zust\u00e4ndig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Laufe seiner Karriere leitete Joost komplexe Logistikprojekte und multidisziplin\u00e4re Teams in ganz Europa und S\u00fcdostasien. Seine Expertise umfasst die Optimierung der operativen Leistung, den Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen, Verhandlungen mit Spediteuren und Lieferanten, die Implementierung von Logistiktechnologien sowie das Management zeitkritischer Fracht f\u00fcr gro\u00dfe Industrie- und Offshore-Projekte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In seiner neuen Funktion \u00fcbernimmt Joost die operative Leitung und die operative Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit der Rotterdamer Niederlassung. Rotterdam ist Europas gr\u00f6\u00dfter Hafen, w\u00e4hrend Schiphol eines der f\u00fchrenden Luftfrachtdrehkreuze Europas ist.
