{"id":97925,"date":"2019-05-21T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-05-20T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/evc.extramilecommunications.dev\/downton-drivers-go-the-extra-mile\/"},"modified":"2024-07-02T15:10:33","modified_gmt":"2024-07-02T14:10:33","slug":"downton-drivers-go-the-extra-mile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.evcargo.com\/de\/downton-drivers-go-the-extra-mile\/","title":{"rendered":"Downton-Fahrer von EV Cargo gehen bei nationalen Auszeichnungen die Extrameile"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Inspirierend <a href=\"http:\/\/www.downton.co.uk\/\">CM Downton<\/a> und EV Cargo-Lkw-Fahrerin Annette Stagg wurde bei einer der renommiertesten Veranstaltungen der Speditionsbranche mit einem Top-Award ausgezeichnet, um herausragende Nutzfahrzeugfahrer zu feiern.<\/p>\n<p>Annette wurde zum Gewinner in der Kategorie Extra Mile bei den Microlise Driver of the Year Awards gekr\u00f6nt, die die talentiertesten Lkw-Fahrer in der britischen Transportbranche hervorheben und ihre wichtige Arbeit w\u00fcrdigen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kategorie richtet sich an Fahrer, die einen vorbildlichen Service leisten, gro\u00dfe Einsatzbereitschaft zeigen und eine Vorbildfunktion f\u00fcr junge Fahrer haben.<\/p>\n<p>Als eine der ersten Fahrerinnen in der Branche und die erste im Betriebshof Runcorn in Downton hat Annette die Flagge f\u00fcr Fahrerinnen auf nationaler Ebene gehisst \u2013 einschlie\u00dflich eines Auftritts in der BBC-Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksfernsehsendung.<\/p>\n<p>Und sie war nur eine von vier Downton-Fahrern, die beim diesj\u00e4hrigen Black-Tie-Event, das vor 1200 Menschen in der Ricoh Arena in Coventry stattfand, f\u00fcr Auszeichnungen nominiert wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Ebenfalls in der Kategorie Extra Mile nominiert wurde der Class-2-Fahrer Paul Meadows, der Anfang des Jahres in das Unternehmen eingetreten ist.<\/p>\n<p>Cameron Dean, der seine Karriere als Mechaniker begann, bevor er 2018 Downtons erster Fahrsch\u00fcler wurde, wurde f\u00fcr den Young Driver of the Year Award nominiert.<\/p>\n<p>Kenny Wright \u2013 seit 40 Jahren Fahrer \u2013 war im Rennen um den Lifetime Achievement Award, der den Fahrer ehrt, der oft ein Botschafter seines Unternehmens ist, der \u00fcber einen langen Zeitraum hinweg konstant hervorragende Leistung und Loyalit\u00e4t erbracht hat.<\/p>\n<p>Duncan Eyre, Managing Director von CM Downton, sagte: \u201eWir sind sehr stolz auf alle unsere Fahrer und freuen uns, dass diese vier landesweit f\u00fcr ihr K\u00f6nnen und ihr Engagement anerkannt wurden.
