Mark war ein riesiger Charakter, ein gro\u00dfartiger Rugbyspieler und ein riesiger Sportfan \u2013 und starb auf tragische Weise im Alter von nur 44 Jahren an Krebs.<\/p>\n<p>Die Mark Edwards Foundation wurde von Marks Familie und Freunden gegr\u00fcndet und soll junge Menschen dabei unterst\u00fctzen, sportliche Spitzenleistungen zu erbringen und zu entwickeln. Die gesammelten Mittel werden als Zusch\u00fcsse f\u00fcr Kleidung, Ausr\u00fcstung, Sportunterricht, Coaching, Mentoring und Clubmitgliedschaften verteilt.<\/p>\n<p>Mark war ein fester Bestandteil des Supply-Chain-Management-Teams und seine Kollegen beschlossen, sich an ihn zu erinnern, indem sie die Stiftung unterst\u00fctzten. In diesem Jahr ging es 10 Meilen quer durch Shropshire, das Wetter war freundlich und au\u00dfer ein paar Blasen gab es keine Verletzten. Die Teilnehmer \u00fcbernachteten in einer Etagenscheune und die SCM-Direktoren kochten f\u00fcr alle das Abendessen!
