Description of Role:
Join us as our Customer Service Advisor within our EV Cargo Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact with the customer for day-to-day communication
- Be the first point of escalation for issue resolution – responding to email and phone queries
- Develop strong working relationships and trust with key contacts
- Ensure compliance to KPI targets by taking a proactive approach to the role
- Take ownership and responsibility from the initial order through to successful delivery
- Proactively monitor all areas of key sensitivity
- Responsible for compilation and distribution of relevant reports and KPI’s
- Clear and concise record keeping of all issues and actions taken
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- Qualifications. A Level 2 in English & Maths.
- Experience. Previous experience of working within a team environment. Previous customer service experience along with excellent customer service skills. Experience of Windows 10 in a business capacity. Knowledge of driver hours. Previous experience in transport logistics would be advantageous but not essential. Administration skills.
- Communication. You will have excellent communication skills, spoken and written. An approachable attitude and a flexible approach to work. Excellent telephone manner.
- Influence & Persuasion. A methodical and structured approach to problem solving.
- People & Self Development. You will be highly organised with good attention to detail, good at prioritising tasks and great team player. You will have the ability to stay calm under pressure and a methodical and thorough approach to work.
