You will be based at our office near London Heathrow Airport.

Key Responsibilities

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Proactively promoting and demonstrating excellent customer service
  • Handling client requests and queries effectively, escalating them where necessary
  • Accurately completing customs paperwork for export and/or import customs entries.
  • Effective liaison with other departments and with our overseas partners
  • Ensuring company financial regulations are followed and that the correct paperwork is raised as necessary.
  • Coordinating our Transport and Warehouse teams
  • Supporting other members of the team in their learning and development

Essential Criteria

What we’re looking for:

  • You will have your GCSE Maths and English Level 4 (Grade C) and above
  • You will have excellent communication skills, spoken and written
  • Broad knowledge of Air Export/ Import processes including Customs and Security procedures
  • Experience in the maintenance and management of rate & contract database/files
  • Build good working relationships with work colleagues and our customers, able to motivate and persuade others
  • Excellent attention to detail, friendly and helpful nature
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle difficult situations
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to react and adjust quickly to changing conditions within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong PC Literacy including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative spirit, looking to new opportunities to promote business growth
