Job Title: Senior Client Executive
Location: We operate a hybrid working environment for this role, meaning that you can spend part of your time working hours at home and/or part in the office within the Plymouth area.

The Role:
In this role you will support the Client Manager in the day-to-day operational development tasks be the first of contact for our Client and the EV Cargo network.

Key Responsibilities:
- A strong knowledge or LIMA will be essential as you will, run and analyse LIMA reporting, train new users, support users with any queries raised and understand the track structure.
- Run and analyse Client reporting.
- Maintain and complete origin and destination dashboard chasers.
- Have an excellent understanding and follow SOP requirements.
- Capable of working within (remote) teams and alongside customers, as well as individual tasks with limited supervision, escalating any issues that may arise.
- Able to prioritise, plan workload, meet deadlines and dealing with queries raised by internal and external stakeholders.
- Consolidate weekly market updates and present to the Client Manager.
- Have awareness of key performance measurements.
- Be a mentor and support to our Client Executives.
- Have an excellent understanding of our client’s requirements.
- Proactively provide line managers with regular updates on clients and projects.
- Ability to show initiative to solve problems and find solutions to streamline processes.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualifications. A Level 2 in English & Maths and preferable a relevant BTEC or similar qualification.
- Experience. You will have previous experience of working in Client Executive role, have a detailed understanding of a supply chain management system as this is essential (ideally in our own in-house system Lima), be expected to become an expert user of our in house system for which full training and support will be provided as you will run and analyse reports, train new users, support other users with any queries raised and understand the system structure. You will also be proficient in Microsoft office.
- Communication. Show us that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships both with our colleagues and with our clients. You will engage and communicate with audiences made up of a diverse background across all areas of EV Cargo.
- Influence & Persuasion. You will build relationships with clients to enable revenue opportunities.
- People & Self Development. You will be highly organised have an excellent level of accuracy and strong attention to detail. You will have high energy, be proactive and a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude!
