Key Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of advice and guidance to colleagues, stakeholders, and external contacts; signposting onwards as appropriate.
- Manage the EV People shared inbox, responding to and, wherever possible, providing first contact resolutions within the agreed SLA’s.
- Own and be responsible for associated HR processes, letter production and documentation covering the employee life cycle, including (but not limited to) starters, leavers, contract variations, background checks, probationary reviews and leave management.
- Work with external providers to ensure Right to Work, Visa and Background checks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the HRIS, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Ensure the delivery of HR Metrics, providing payroll, board data and ad hoc reports.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualifications. A Level 2 in English & Maths and a CIPD Level 3 – desirable not essential.
- Experience. You will have previous experience of working within a shared services administrator role, able to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment, the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, have strong attention to detail, experience of working on HR system (ideally Ceridian Dayforce) and proficiently utilise MS office tools.
- Communication. You will be a confident communicator and listener.
- Influence & Persuasion. You will have the ability to effectively build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- People & Self Development. Approachable in nature , you will be confident, articulate and motivated and enjoy working collaboratively within a team. You will demonstrate a can-do approach and contribute towards our ‘Delivering Better’ culture.
