The Role:
Join us as our Solutions Design Manager within our Commercial Team. Reporting into the Head of Growth & Innovation you will work as part of a high performing and established logistic and supply chain team working with existing and new large-scale well-known customer brands across growth and innovation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- To participate in tender analysis, solution design and response through development of innovative solutions and optimisation across Network.
- To support the team to identify network development and innovation opportunities.
- Support in new business and project implementations engaging with key stakeholders at all levels. Participate in Group requirements to deliver sustainable group wide solutions.
- Review internal processes and develop innovative solutions to better equip market penetration.
- Develop IT solutions in conjunction with EV Cargo IT Team to enhance data preparation, interpretation and utilisation.
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- A Level 2 in English and Maths
- Proven experience of solutions design
- Previous FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) experience
- Be able to build, manage and motivate a diverse team
- Have strong influencing & negotiation skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external networks
- Strong IT Skills – including Windows 10
- Be a self-disciplined self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and/or remotely
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and react to change quickly and positively and meet deadlines and attention to detail.
