Are you setup with Shopify and Amazon?

Yes, our systems are already linked to Shopify and Amazon, along with many of the other online platforms. Our FBA support service provides the flexibility to prepare and send goods into the Amazon network to the required specifications, as well as operating Vendor Fulfilled Prime. nically on our web portal within 24 hours of receipt at our processing facility. And after each trading period we provide a set of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports which indicate the delivery performance achieved.

How do you avoid cross-contamination?

Within our warehouses we have both dedicated areas or employ specific segregation where appropriate, which are both Soil Association and BRC accredited. Where applicable, our drivers will check products or potential hazards once loaded to minimise the chance of rejection.
