EV CARGO GLOBAL FORWARDING PTE LTD is committed to Supply Chain Security within our organization and global operations. We are committed to protecting our employees, properties, information, reputation and customer\u2019s assets from all potential security threats. This policy is guided by the company\u2019s mission, core values, code of conduct, business ethics and security standards.<\/h3>\n

All security activities must adhere to the general principles laid down below:<\/p>\n

  • All employees and contractors must always be aware of and take responsibility for the security aspects of the company\u2019s business activities;<\/li>\n
  • Threats analysis and risk evaluations should be conducted on a regular basis;<\/li>\n
  • Security procedures and guidelines should be seamlessly integrated with business activities;<\/li>\n
  • \u201cIncident prevention\u201d must be the first priority;<\/li>\n
  • Preparedness response plans must be developed and tested to deal with assessed risks rapidly and effectively;<\/li>\n
  • Security measures and procedures must be subject to regular inspections, validations and verifications by management so as to maintain high security standards for the company\u2019s operations world-wide;<\/li>\n
  • The level of professionalism, knowledge and integrity of staff involved in security matters must be tightly controlled;<\/li>\n
  • Appropriate training plans, customer screening, recruitment, contracting and termination procedures must be established and implemented;<\/li>\n
  • All incidents, including security breaches and irregularities must be reported and recorded. Corrective action should be taken and followed up through regular verifications to improve the overall security standard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This policy has been approved by the EV CARGO GLOBAL FORWARDING PTE LTD. It will be reviewed, and if necessary revised, annually to keep up to date and will be released on our company website.
