{"id":106255,"date":"2022-04-07T11:04:24","date_gmt":"2022-04-07T10:04:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ev-cargo.test\/?p=106255"},"modified":"2024-07-02T15:07:24","modified_gmt":"2024-07-02T14:07:24","slug":"palletforce-sets-highest-safety-standards-for-13-consecutive-years","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.evcargo.com\/en\/palletforce-sets-highest-safety-standards-for-13-consecutive-years\/","title":{"rendered":"Palletforce Sets Highest Safety Standards For 13 Consecutive Years"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Palletforce, the UK\u2019s leading express freight distribution network, has once again been awarded the prestigious RoSPA President\u2019s Award after receiving 13 consecutive gold awards for continuing to achieve the highest levels of health and safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palletforce\u2019s long-standing reputation for maintaining the highest possible safety standards in the logistics sector has been reinforced by the latest honour and is due to its unrelenting focus on the safety and wellbeing of its employees and visiting member drivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The achievement is a result of the company\u2019s ongoing implementation of the latest health and safety procedures, allied with investment in driver welfare facilities, COVID-safe facilities and ground-breaking technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palletforce has retained the exceptional levels of safety set during the early stages of the pandemic, when it quickly invested in a wide range of sanitisation equipment and introduced a number of measures to protect both the staff at its SuperHub and the 500 drivers from member companies which visit every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palletforce Health and Safety Manager Beverley Knight said: \u201cI am delighted and extremely proud that we have been awarded the RoSPA President\u2019s Award once again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur staff have worked diligently to carry on the safety standards that have seen us gain a gold award for 13 consecutive years. Palletforce is an ethical and socially responsible company and keeping both our staff and our visitors safe is central for us and is a key part of our governance and sustainability strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt is rewarding that our sector-leading standards have been recognised once again and it\u2019s another aspect that helps our members stand out in a competitive marketplace.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Julia Small, RoSPA\u2019s Achievements Director, said: \u201cThis is a fantastic and well-deserved accomplishment.
