To inaugurate the new office, the EV Cargo Technology team hosted a traditional Hong Kong style \u2018Lion Dance\u2019 and \u2018Roasted Pig Cutting\u2019 ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>The lion dance and pig ceremonies are meant to bring good luck and prosperity, it\u2019s an old tradition to offer the gods a roasted suckling pig, served with some fruits for digestion.<\/p>\n<p>EV Cargo CEO and founder of EmergeVest Heath Zarin, Chief Strategy Officer of EV Cargo Simon Pearson and EV Cargo Technology\u2019s COO Asia Pacific Duncan Grewcock, had the honour of cutting open the roasted pig to bring luck and fortune to EV Cargo Technology and EV Cargo. The ceremony was followed by a traditional dim sum lunch, to close this office warming party.<\/p>\n<p>Duncan explains,<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dMoving into our new location, right next door to our owner and much nearer to our customer base, can only help Adjuno achieve our ambitious growth targets.
