{"id":98060,"date":"2021-03-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-03-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/evc.extramilecommunications.dev\/forwarding-the-mental-health-message\/"},"modified":"2024-07-02T15:09:55","modified_gmt":"2024-07-02T14:09:55","slug":"forwarding-the-mental-health-message","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.evcargo.com\/en\/forwarding-the-mental-health-message\/","title":{"rendered":"Forwarding The Mental Health Message"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Colleagues at EV Cargo Global Forwarding took part in a national initiative aimed at raising awareness of mental health.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cTime To Talk\u201d project encourages everyone to be more open about mental health, spreading the message that a small conversation on the subject has the power to make a big difference.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the fact that this year\u2019s event, which was held on 4 February, took place remotely, teams from EVCGF were entered into a mental health-themed quiz, game of bingo and card game.<\/p>\n<p>They also made a pledge to change the way they think and act about mental health in the workplace, either on a virtual pledge board via Teams or a pledge board in the office.<\/p>\n<p>One of those taking part was Sara Beale, who said: \u201cI find walking my dogs really helps with my mental health.
