M. David Edley sera bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Londres et sera responsable de la direction des fonctions financi\u00e8res de Global Forwarding &amp; Technology d&#039;EV Cargo. Cette nomination fait suite \u00e0 l&#039;annonce de Mme Chia Min Tan au poste de directrice financi\u00e8re mondiale d&#039;EV Cargo le 3 novembre.<\/p>\n<p>M. Edley apporte \u00e0 ce poste important une exp\u00e9rience internationale et sectorielle significative et tr\u00e8s pertinente. Avant de rejoindre EV Cargo, M. Edley \u00e9tait bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Jersey en tant que contr\u00f4leur financier du groupe CPA Global, le premier groupe mondial de logiciels de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle et de services de paiement technologiques, o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait responsable du reporting du groupe pour plus de 100 filiales internationales. Il a \u00e9galement aid\u00e9 CPA Global \u00e0 mener \u00e0 bien une op\u00e9ration de sortie de capital-investissement et un projet d&#039;int\u00e9gration\/restructuration post-acquisition.<\/p>\n<p>Avant cela, M. Edley a \u00e9t\u00e9 pendant huit ans directeur financier du groupe Santova Limited, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 internationale de conseil en logistique et en cha\u00eene d&#039;approvisionnement cot\u00e9e \u00e0 la Bourse de Johannesburg et op\u00e9rant \u00e0 partir de 20 bureaux dans huit pays. Apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 sa formation d&#039;expert-comptable chez Deloitte dans son Afrique du Sud natale en 1992, M. Edley a occup\u00e9 plusieurs postes de direction financi\u00e8re dans le commerce, en Afrique du Sud et au Royaume-Uni, notamment chez Credit Suisse et Investec. M. Edley est titulaire d&#039;un dipl\u00f4me d&#039;\u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures et d&#039;une licence en commerce de l&#039;Universit\u00e9 du KwaZulu-Natal, et est expert-comptable (Afrique du Sud) aupr\u00e8s du South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).<\/p>\n<p>EV Cargo, qui g\u00e8re les cha\u00eenes d&#039;approvisionnement des plus grandes marques mondiales, vise \u00e0 cro\u00eetre \u00e0 partir de sa base actuelle de 1,4 milliard de livres sterling (1,4 milliard de tonnes m\u00e9triques) et \u00e0 d\u00e9passer les 1,4 milliard de livres sterling (1,4 milliard de tonnes m\u00e9triques) de chiffre d&#039;affaires d&#039;ici 2025 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la croissance organique et aux fusions et acquisitions. Avec un pipeline actif de candidats \u00e0 l&#039;acquisition et des capacit\u00e9s de fusions et acquisitions bien d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es, EV Cargo pr\u00e9voit de s&#039;appuyer sur sa forte empreinte g\u00e9ographique existante en Asie et en Europe, ainsi que de s&#039;\u00e9tendre aux \u00c9tats-Unis.
