Elles concerneront \u00e0 la fois les importations vers le Royaume-Uni et les exportations vers l&#039;UE. Toutefois, ces dispositions seront temporairement suspendues pour les marchandises import\u00e9es de l&#039;\u00eele d&#039;Irlande. Des r\u00e9glementations tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiques pour les produits alimentaires seront introduites par \u00e9tapes tout au long de l&#039;ann\u00e9e 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9lai de gr\u00e2ce de six mois pour d\u00e9clarer les marchandises import\u00e9es au HMRC actuellement en vigueur arrive \u00e0 son terme. Il a ainsi permis d&#039;importer des marchandises sans d\u00e9claration de d\u00e9douanement. \u00c0 compter du 1er janvier, les marchandises qui n&#039;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9douan\u00e9es ou, dans le cas d&#039;importations, couvertes par un document de transit exp\u00e9di\u00e9 vers un lieu agr\u00e9\u00e9 par les douanes int\u00e9rieures, ne pourront pas entrer ou sortir du Royaume-Uni.<\/p>\n<p>Le HMRC utilisera le GVMS (Goods Vehicle Movement Service) dans la plupart des ports maritimes \u00e0 courte distance pour garantir que les marchandises sont correctement d\u00e9clar\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;avance.
