Il y a vingt ans, le paysage \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent pour les femmes dans la logistique. Tous les secteurs d'activit\u00e9 de ce secteur \u00e9taient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tr\u00e8s orient\u00e9s vers les hommes. Aujourd'hui, cependant, 40% des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s en logistique sont des femmes<\/a>, ce qui montre qu'il existe un mouvement fort vers un \u00e9quilibre entre les effectifs. Pour encourager davantage de femmes \u00e0 faire carri\u00e8re dans la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement, il est important de mettre en avant les grandes possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re qu'offre ce secteur.<\/p>\n

Les perspectives n'ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi bonnes pour ceux qui travaillent dans ce secteur. Historiquement, les hommes ont domin\u00e9 les r\u00f4les de direction, mais ce n'est plus le cas. Gartner a r\u00e9cemment rapport\u00e9 dans son rapport Les femmes dans la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement 2018<\/a> Une enqu\u00eate a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les femmes repr\u00e9sentaient 371 TP3T de l'effectif total de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement et 201 TP3T des vice-pr\u00e9sidents et directeurs principaux, sans parler des niveaux de gestion interm\u00e9diaires interm\u00e9diaires.<\/p>\n

Le probl\u00e8me est en partie li\u00e9 au manque de visibilit\u00e9 des femmes qui travaillent actuellement dans ce secteur. Les femmes qui travaillent d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans ce secteur ont un r\u00f4le essentiel \u00e0 jouer pour combler l\u2019\u00e9cart entre les sexes. Elles doivent se rendre \u00e0 cette conf\u00e9rence, participer \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement de r\u00e9seautage et interagir avec les personnes pr\u00e9sentes. Il est essentiel que les femmes comprennent l\u2019importance de leur pr\u00e9sence et, surtout, comment elles peuvent aider \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats d\u2019autres femmes.<\/p>\n

Les employeurs doivent \u00e9galement aider leurs employ\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre position. Le progr\u00e8s ne doit pas se limiter \u00e0 une approche interne. Encourager les femmes \u00e0 prendre le temps de r\u00e9seauter et de repr\u00e9senter leur entreprise lors d'\u00e9v\u00e9nements ne peut qu'\u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour les deux parties. Cette culture de soutien permettra de conserver les membres actuels de l'\u00e9quipe et d'en attirer de nouveaux, tout en apportant des connaissances suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipe dans son ensemble.<\/p>\n

Travailler dans la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement offre de nombreuses opportunit\u00e9s aux personnes \u00e0 la recherche d'un parcours professionnel dynamique. Le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre entre les sexes commence \u00e0 s'att\u00e9nuer, mais pour continuer \u00e0 progresser dans ce domaine, il faut s'attaquer \u00e0 la stigmatisation li\u00e9e aux carri\u00e8res dans l'industrie. C'est une chose de parler aux individus des avantages de ce secteur, mais il faut aussi les leur montrer.
