This Technical Analyst job is working within the IT Department at EV Cargo UK in Burton-on-Trent. This is a full-time permanent job.
Within this growing team, you will report to the IT Support Manager (Express) and will be responsible for working to work to maintain the effectiveness of the IT Support Help desk, and to allow the business to develop further. This is a key role for the business, and we need someone who has significant experience of working within a similar environment. Working in this Technical Analyst job, you will come into contact with customers and colleagues on a regular basis and it is vital that you are able to manage these relationships professionally, while ensuring that the objectives and aims of the business are met.

We will offer you a supportive environment where you will be exposed to new experiences and opportunities, however previous experience in a similar position will ultimately lead to your success, and it is essential that you have experience of working in a 1st or 2nd line support function and have experience of working with AD and Exchange. Due to the nature of the role we are unable to consider applications from anyone who does not have experience in Windows server and desktop environments, prior experience in a technical support or service desk role, an understanding of Office 365 administration or an understanding of Active Directory.

Therefore it is essential that you conduct yourself in a professional manner and can ensure that you always ensure that EV Cargo is represented in the best possible way.
