class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6613\u71c3\u6db2\u9ad4\u548c\u6c23\u9ad4\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u71c3\u6599\u3001\u6c23\u9727\u5291\u3001\u6cb9\u6f06\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7206\u70b8\u7269\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u7159\u706b\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u6c23\u56ca\u5145\u6c23\u88dd\u7f6e\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6709\u6bd2\u6216\u50b3\u67d3\u6027\u7269\u8cea\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u67d0\u4e9b\u5316\u5b78\u7269\u8cea\u3001\u91ab\u7642\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u653e\u5c04\u6027\u7269\u8cea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8150\u8755\u6027\u7269\u8cea\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u96fb\u6c60\u9178\u6db2\u3001\u5de5\u696d\u6e05\u6f54\u5291\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u92f0\u96fb\u6c60\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u65e5\u5e38\u6d88\u8cbb\u6027\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u92f0\u96fb\u6c60\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u5305\u542b\u9019\u4e9b\u6210\u5206\u4e2d\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u7a2e\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u60a8\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u5b83\u662f\u5426\u7b26\u5408\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u5728\u9810\u8a02\u767c\u8ca8\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6700\u597d\u5148\u8aee\u8a62\u5c08\u5bb6\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"quote_text\">\n\t\t\t\t\u9996\u6b21\u904b\u9001\u5371\u96aa\u7269\u54c1\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u8b93\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u4e0d\u77e5\u6240\u63aa\u2014\u2014\u6cd5\u898f\u56b4\u683c\uff0c\u6587\u4ef6\u7e41\u7463\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u51fa\u932f\u5f8c\u679c\u56b4\u91cd\u3002\u4f46\u5176\u5be6\u4e0d\u5fc5\u5982\u6b64\u8907\u96dc\u3002\u6211\u5011\u6703\u4ee3\u8868\u60a8\u8655\u7406\u6574\u500b\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5f9e\u6587\u4ef6\u6e96\u5099\u3001\u91cd\u65b0\u5305\u88dd\u3001\u8cbc\u6a19\u5230\u904b\u8f38\u5408\u898f\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u90fd\u80fd\u70ba\u60a8\u641e\u5b9a\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8077\u8cac\u5c31\u662f\u5fb9\u5e95\u6d88\u9664\u9019\u4e9b\u7e41\u7463\u74b0\u7bc0\uff0c\u8b93\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b89\u5fc3\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u696d\u52d9\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u653e\u5fc3\u8ca8\u7269\u5b89\u5168\u7121\u865e\u3002.\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5371\u96aa\u985e\u5225\uff1a\u4e86\u89e3\u9019\u4e9b\u985e\u5225<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u78ba\u4fdd\u5371\u96aa\u54c1\u904b\u8f38\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u53ef\u63a7\uff0c\u570b\u969b\u516c\u8a8d\u7684\u5206\u985e\u7cfb\u7d71\u6839\u64da\u5371\u96aa\u54c1\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u985e\u578b\u5c07\u5176\u5206\u70ba\u4e5d\u985e\u5371\u96aa\u54c1\u3002\u8a72\u7cfb\u7d71\u662f\u696d\u5167\u6240\u6709\u6cd5\u898f\u3001\u6a19\u7c64\u548c\u8655\u7406\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u7c21\u8981\u6982\u8ff0\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e86\u89e3\u8ca8\u7269\u7684\u5371\u96aa\u7b49\u7d1a\u4e26\u975e\u53ea\u662f\u8d70\u500b\u5f62\u5f0f\u2014\u2014\u5b83\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4e86\u8ca8\u7269\u7684\u5305\u88dd\u3001\u6a19\u7c64\u3001\u6587\u4ef6\u8a18\u9304\u548c\u904b\u8f38\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u67d0\u4e9b\u7b49\u7d1a\u7684\u8ca8\u7269\u6709\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u6578\u91cf\u9650\u5236\uff1b\u5176\u4ed6\u7b49\u7d1a\u5247\u9700\u8981\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u8eca\u8f1b\u985e\u578b\u6216\u88dd\u5378\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u5f9e\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\u5c31\u6b63\u78ba\u5206\u985e\u662f\u78ba\u4fdd\u8ca8\u7269\u5408\u898f\u904b\u8f38\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u7b2c\u4e00\u985e\uff1a <strong>\u9739\u9742<\/strong> \uff08\u53ef\u7206\u70b8\u7684\u7269\u54c1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7159\u706b\u3001\u5f48\u85e5\u548c\u67d0\u4e9b\u5de5\u696d\u70b8\u85e5\uff09\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7b2c\u4e8c\u985e\uff1a<strong> \u6613\u71c3\u6c23\u9ad4<\/strong> \uff08\u5305\u62ec\u77f3\u6cb9\u6c23\u9ad4\u3001\u6c23\u6eb6\u81a0\u548c\u6c26\u6c23\u7b49\u7269\u8cea\uff09\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7b2c\u4e09\u985e\uff1a <strong>\u6613\u71c3\u6db2\u9ad4<\/strong> \uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u6c7d\u6cb9\u3001\u4e19\u916e\u3001\u6cb9\u6f06\u548c\u9152\u7cbe\u7b49\u6613\u71c3\u6db2\u9ad4\uff09\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7b2c\u56db\u985e\uff1a <strong>\u6613\u71c3\u56fa\u9ad4<\/strong> \uff08\u56fa\u9ad4\uff0c\u4f46\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u5316\u5b78\u8b8a\u5316\u3001\u5438\u6536\u6216\u6469\u64e6\u800c\u71c3\u71d2\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u706b\u67f4\u6216\u91d1\u5c6c\u7c89\u672b\u3002\uff09.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7b2c\u4e94\u985e\uff1a <strong>\u6c27\u5316\u6027\u7269\u8cea\u548c\u6709\u6a5f\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269<\/strong> \uff08\u5bb9\u6613\u91cb\u653e\u6c27\u6c23\u4e26\u80fd\u4fc3\u9032\u5176\u4ed6\u7269\u8cea\u71c3\u71d2\u7684\u7269\u8cea\uff09\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u516d\u5e74\u7d1a\uff1a <strong>\u6709\u6bd2\u548c\u50b3\u67d3\u6027\u7269\u8cea<\/strong> \uff08\u5982\u679c\u541e\u56a5\u3001\u5438\u5165\u6216\u63a5\u89f8\u76ae\u819a\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3001\u53d7\u50b7\u6216\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u9019\u5305\u62ec\u6bba\u87f2\u5291\u6216\u91ab\u7642\u5ee2\u7269\u3002\uff09.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7\u5e74\u7d1a\uff1a <strong>\u653e\u5c04\u6027\u7269\u8cea<\/strong> \uff08\u6703\u91cb\u653e\u8f3b\u5c04\u7684\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u91ab\u7642\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u6838\u5ee2\u6599\uff09\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8\u5e74\u7d1a\uff1a <strong>\u8150\u8755\u6027\u9178<\/strong> \uff08\u80fd\u6eb6\u89e3\u6709\u6a5f\u7d44\u7e54\u6216\u56b4\u91cd\u8150\u8755\u91d1\u5c6c\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u3002\u9019\u5305\u62ec\u96fb\u6c60\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5404\u7a2e\u9178\u3002\uff09.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4e5d\u5e74\u7d1a\uff1a <strong>\u96dc\u9805\u5371\u96aa\u54c1<\/strong> \uff08\u4e0d\u5c6c\u65bc\u5176\u4ed6\u985e\u5225\u4f46\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u904b\u8f38\u5371\u96aa\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u548c\u6750\u6599\u3002\u9019\u5305\u62ec\u92f0\u96fb\u6c60\u3001\u4e7e\u51b0\u3001\u9999\u6c34\u3001\u6f64\u819a\u9732\u7b49\u3002\uff09.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u9069\u7528\u54ea\u4e9b\u898f\u5b9a\uff1f<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5371\u96aa\u54c1\u904b\u8f38\u53d7\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u570b\u969b\u548c\u5730\u5340\u6cd5\u898f\u7d04\u675f\u3002\u5177\u9ad4\u6cd5\u898f\u6703\u6839\u64da\u8ca8\u7269\u7684\u904b\u8f38\u65b9\u5f0f\u800c\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u516c\u8def<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b50\u6d32\u516c\u8def\u904b\u8f38\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u67b6\u69cb\u662f\u300a\u6b50\u6d32\u516c\u8def\u570b\u969b\u5371\u96aa\u8ca8\u7269\u904b\u8f38\u5354\u5b9a\u300b\uff08ADR\uff09\u3002 ADR\u898f\u5b9a\u4e86\u8de8\u5883\u516c\u8def\u904b\u8f38\u7684\u8eca\u8f1b\u6a19\u6e96\u3001\u99d5\u99db\u54e1\u57f9\u8a13\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u3001\u6a19\u8a8c\u548c\u6587\u4ef6\u8981\u6c42\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u642d\u4e58\u98db\u6a5f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7a7a\u904b\u9075\u5faa<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iata.org\/\"> <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">\u570b\u969b\u822a\u7a7a\u904b\u8f38\u5354\u6703\uff08IATA\uff09 <\/mark><\/a>\u5371\u96aa\u54c1\u904b\u8f38\u898f\u5247\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u898f\u5247\u662f\u696d\u5167\u6700\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u898f\u5247\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u822a\u7a7a\u516c\u53f8\u548c\u6a5f\u5834\u5c0d\u9055\u898f\u884c\u70ba\u7684\u5bb9\u5fcd\u5ea6\u6975\u4f4e\uff0c\u7533\u5831\u4e0d\u5be6\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u8ca8\u7269\u88ab\u5378\u8f09\u6216\u5b8c\u5168\u62d2\u6536\u3002\u570b\u969b\u822a\u7a7a\u904b\u8f38\u5354\u6703\uff08IATA\uff09\u5371\u96aa\u54c1\u904b\u8f38\u898f\u5247\u6bcf\u5e74\u66f4\u65b0\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8207\u80fd\u5920\u53ca\u6642\u66f4\u65b0\u898f\u5247\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u5408\u4f5c\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u642d\u8239<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6d77\u904b\u53d7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6cd5\u898f\u7d04\u675f\uff1a<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imo.org\/en\/ourwork\/safety\/pages\/dangerousgoods-default.aspx\">\u570b\u969b\u6d77\u904b\u5371\u96aa\u8ca8\u7269\u898f\u5247\uff08IMDG\u898f\u5247\uff09<\/a><\/mark>, \u7531\u2026\u51fa\u7248 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imo.org\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">\u570b\u969b\u6d77\u4e8b\u7d44\u7e54\uff08IMO\uff09<\/mark><\/a>. \u300a\u570b\u969b\u6d77\u904b\u5371\u96aa\u8ca8\u7269\u898f\u5247\u300b\u6db5\u84cb\u4e86\u6d77\u904b\u8ca8\u7269\u7684\u88dd\u8f09\u3001\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u8ca8\u7269\u7684\u9694\u96e2\u3001\u7dca\u6025\u7a0b\u5e8f\u548c\u6587\u4ef6\u8981\u6c42\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5718\u968a\u63a5\u53d7\u904e\u6240\u6709\u4e09\u500b\u76e3\u7ba1\u6846\u67b6\u7684\u57f9\u8a13\u4e26\u638c\u63e1\u6700\u65b0\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u60a8\u7684\u8ca8\u7269\u7121\u8ad6\u63a1\u7528\u54ea\u7a2e\u904b\u8f38\u65b9\u5f0f\u90fd\u5408\u898f\u904b\u8f38\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6211\u9700\u8981\u54ea\u4e9b\u6587\u4ef6\uff1f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u55ae\u8b49\u662f\u5371\u96aa\u54c1\u904b\u8f38\u4e2d\u6700\u95dc\u9375\u3001\u4e5f\u662f\u6700\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u5ffd\u7565\u7684\u74b0\u7bc0\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u9806\u5229\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u9700\u8981\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8ca8\u7269\u898f\u683c\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6211\u7684\u8ca8\u7269\u9700\u8981\u4ee5\u7279\u5b9a\u65b9\u5f0f\u8cbc\u6a19\u7c64\u55ce\uff1f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u662f\u7684\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u8ca8\u7269\u9700\u8981\u8cbc\u6a19\u7c64\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u53ef\u4ee5\u70ba\u60a8\u7701\u53bb\u4e00\u4ef6\u7169\u5fc3\u4e8b\u3002\u6211\u5011\u6703\u6839\u64da\u570b\u969b\u9069\u7528\u6cd5\u898f\u8ca0\u8cac\u6240\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u6a19\u7c64\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u7121\u8ad6\u60a8\u7684\u8ca8\u7269\u9700\u8981\u5371\u96aa\u54c1\u83f1\u5f62\u6a19\u7c64\u3001\u642c\u904b\u6a19\u8a18\u6216\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u806f\u5408\u570b\u7de8\u865f\u6a19\u8b58\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u90fd\u6703\u78ba\u4fdd\u5728\u8ca8\u7269\u767c\u51fa\u524d\u6b63\u78ba\u8cbc\u597d\u6240\u6709\u6a19\u7c64\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6a19\u7c64\u932f\u8aa4\u6216\u7f3a\u5931\u662f\u5c0e\u81f4\u5371\u96aa\u7269\u54c1\u8ca8\u7269\u904b\u8f38\u5ef6\u8aa4\u3001\u62d2\u6536\u6216\u88ab\u6d77\u95dc\u6a19\u8a18\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u59d4\u8a17\u6211\u5011\u8655\u7406\u6b64\u4e8b\uff0c\u53ef\u5927\u5e45\u964d\u4f4e\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
