Nimble-fingered Kim Raffle has been putting her sewing skills to good use during the pandemic.

Kim, a depot administrator with Palletforce, has been making re-useable face masks for vulnerable family and friends to help keep them safe.

“I have always enjoyed sewing and it has kept me busy during lockdown,” she said.

“I mainly make quilts but I have started to make a lot more clothing and bags – so it’s been nice to send little handmade surprises through the post to people I can’t see.”
