Palletforce has launched a series of new interactive chat sessions to help its employees working from home stay in touch with their workmates and colleagues. Wellbeing Wednesdays is a new weekly initiative to provide an online platform for employees to catch up with each other on hump days and is hosted by Palletforce’s employee champions.

“With most office-based employees working from home, and many either living on their own or working alone during the day, we wanted to provide a platform to allow people to drop in for five or 10 minutes and have a chat,” explained Palletforce employee champion Jo Duncan.

“We all miss the opportunity to chat while making a coffee and a quick catch up with colleagues at the photocopier, so this allows people to keep in touch by popping in to our Zoom meeting every Wednesday afternoon.

“It’s hosted by our employee champions, a group of employees appointed to help promote charity, wellbeing and social aspects among employees and provide a link to the board of directors.”
