We do everything we can to be a force for good and a positive influence on our customers and the industry at large when it comes to climate issues, sustainability and governance. We are committed to these four key areas.
Our business is anchored by a commitment to our core vales of: growth, innovation and sustainability.
We support public accountability and transparency and therefore commit annually to report on progress to the UN Global Compact.
We are committed to addressing gender equality and creating diverse and inclusive workforce.
We empower our people with the skills and tools to be successful and deliver the best possible service.
We are committed to not only reducing our impact on the environment but also that of our customers. Aa an essential and mission-critical service provider to the world’s leading brands, we already support and assist customers in meeting sustainability targets by creating supply chain solutions which help reduce environmental and social impacts and protect company value.
Working in line with our code of conduct and signing up to the UN Global Compact reinforces our commitment to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance, and social responsibility. These sees us work to the 10 principles of the Global Compact and report on our progress of the principles that cover the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.
Our workplaces create a safe and fair environment for all of our people to work and develop their careers and our policies ensure that all levels of our business understand the corporate and social responsibilities we have to shareholders, customers, employees and local communities.
Our sustainability commitment, targets and performance objectives are grouped under three pillars: People, Planet and Profit.
We don’t just focus on growth as an organisation but we strongly believe in providing growth opportunities for our people and commit to a growth mindset where we all can develop and expand our capabilities.
