The role will suit a highly motivated individual who is prepared to work using their own initiative to identify commercial opportunities and have the ability to agree and build a growth plan.

The Role:
As our Sales Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and prospecting new clients, nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and promoting our services to potential customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
What we need from you:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain industry, highly desirable
- Experience in sales or business development or hungry and eager to learn
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets within a freight setting preferred, but not essential
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
